We've just completed a collaboration with artist Gethan Dick, as part of a commission for The Wellcome Trust. Gethan put together a six track album to promote the work of six young scientists, and we produced one of the six tracks.
The album's called Trying & Trying & Trying, and our track is called The Sex Life Of Yeast. It's a chicken-sampling, leg-humping fuckfest, all about the brutal reality of sexual selection. Tiny mutations take over whole populations, while those who haven't adapted - nature's "mingers" if you will - all die without passing on the genetic baton. Check it out below.
